Rent:
25% rent must be payed 7 days after receipt of the contract.( is sent on e-mail) if no other agreement is arranged. If deposit is not payed 7 days after recipt of the contract, the reservation will be cancelled. The rest of the rent must be payed latest 4 weeks before tenancy starts. By reservation later than 4 weeks before start of the tenancy the total rent must be payed. Consumption of electricity, water, and heat is included in the tenancy. Bed clothes, towels, tea towels are also included.

Hiring out overview:
Check here if the apartment is vacant.

Keys:
Information regarding keys pickup is written in the contract (print map).

Cleaning: 
The apartment must be returned tidy and cleaned at the end of the tenancy.

Arrival:
By plane:
When you come out of the luggage claim then turn left (if you go straight ahead you will get to the taxi stand). At the end of the arrival hall, passing the door, you will find bus 99 to "du Gare SNCF" (railway station). The bus will stop at the SNCF and you can look directly on avenue Durante (map).

Else:
The apartment must not be rented or lent to others and must be treated with responsibility. The tenant must must pay for damages caused by the tenants or their guests. It is not allowed to live more persons in the apartment  than agreed in the contract.
