The apartment (Penthouse studio 30 m²) is situated in the center of Nice (Ave Durante 15) near the old town, 10 min. to the beach and 2 min. to the railway station. Are you keen on shopping, market, beach, culture, all is within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment has a hall, bathroom with tube and washing machine, separate toilet, living room with an open kitchen. From the living room there are two exits to the terrace. The apartment is light and open with a corner group including a double bed, besides there are TV incl. Dvd player and radio incl. Cd-player.

50 yards from the apartment is a great variety of butchers, grocers, bakers and supermarkets.
There's a lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity, but generally it is a calm area, you can go to the old town in the evening if you want more exciting night life.

Normally the rent periode runs from saturday to saturday, but in low- and medium season it's possible to rent the apartment in "off" periodes or extended weekends, although the earliest booking is 4 weeks before your stay.
